I read HP at B2 English level and used the online dictionary a lot in the first chapter because it has a lot of words related to magic. It was a bit tricky because I'm not a Harry Potter fan. Lots of dialogue, sometimes hard to understand who is speaking There are a lot of very rare words like wiggle, squeak, tremble, toss, and after reading them I didn't use them at all.

The Little Prince

The Little Prince is a famous book. I read it for the first time when I was intermediate in English and found parts of it difficult and hard to follow. The content seemed to me unusual (maybe old-fashioned?) phrasing with a lot of rare vocabulary. I'm surprised when I see it recommended for beginners. I thinks it was recommended because it is in the top 2 most translated books. But in common sentences contain a maximum of two clauses, introducing the future tenses will and going to, present continuous for future meaning, and comparatives and superlatives. Although if you've read it previously in your native language it would be a bit easier.

The Midnight Library

The Midnight Library is an inspiring and thought-provoking story about the choices we make, the paths we choose and our place in this world. I have read this book when I have B2-level English and I had a lot of difficulties with philosophical parts of the story to follow and fully understand. I have rated it as appropriate for C1-level and above English learners. It more difficult for lower levels to follow and fully understand. It is definitely a novel that gives you food for thought

The Book on Rental Property Investing
Page count: 360
Language: English
by Brandon Turner
I think this book is great for levels B1-B2 as it doesn't have complicated conversations and dialogues. All text is very simple. I am B2 level and I have only used the translator for real estate investment words. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to dive deep into real estate investing and earn passive income.
